the front desk staff so unproffesional.... its take 2 hours for us to reach the room.... since we booked 3 room.... and we begged for them to make 1 room clear for the kids... cause the kids so excited go to beach.... really feel so pity..... the hotel is the biggest n luxury ..... how come they cant make clear the room in 3 hours.... check out time 12 pm.... check in time 3 pm..... i just think is enough time for the room services to clear the room ,,,, unless they dont have enough cleaning services staff.... next i will consider to stay at there....

This luxurious hotel provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the room was spacious with breathtaking views, and the private facilities were exceptional.

One minor issue noticed was the swimming pool, which was slightly smaller than expected. this hotel provided an exclusive and unforgettable experience.

This hotel is simply a nightmare , nobody should reserve even a single houre in this hotel. , just please dont waste your money and your vication in staying at this hotel

The hotel's location in the jungle, with the beach right in front of us, was amazing. We loved being surrounded by nature and having direct access to the sand and sea. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were fantastic. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in Dirty, unkept, full of flies: even small shops and restaurants in langkawi are cleaner Hotel had no water for two days: staff totally unapologetic: Said will send after to room which never arrived: Duty manager lies on ur face Room had no floor mat, broken furniture, tv and wireless that didn't work For everything room service sends someone who comes and says they have to report it Nothing was ever done Food is perhaps the worst in langkawi, they serve stale , precooked frozen food Someone should sue this hotel Worst hotel ever and should be closed down immediately

The beach was beautiful, with crystal clear water and soft white sand. the perfect place to relax and unwind. the food was also impressive; we loved the variety in the menu and the quality of the dishes was top-notch. Another great aspect was the location, with easy access to a range of local activities and attractions.

I think only the room was fair. No value of money at all.

Staff, poor managment, poor services, poor dinning options. Not worth coming back to at all. The most bad experince.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected with others.

i did not like it at all

It is a nice resort within a rainforest. Well maintained and great wildlife around. If you do not mind monkeys running around your house, geckos inside the room and snakes around the pool; you would really enjoy the stay as much as we enjoyed it. My kids liked the beach, the monkeys, birds and wildilife inside the resort. Staff are friendly and working hard to make our stay comfortable despite of rainy weather. Shuttle transportation from and to the room was very efficient and drivers were extra friendly. I have forgotten my mobile phone in restaurant, they called me to pick it up before i find out it was missing. Overall, good management and great stay. Will definately stay there next time I am in langkawi. Rooms were well priced for the hotel. i always liked langkawi as the people of this city are genuinely friendly and nice.
